Meet the Founders

Justin Clemons has served in the U.S. Navy for over ten years, bringing a disciplined and creative approach to brewing. He specializes in Eastern European and American style beers, ensuring that every sip at Cast Iron Craft House is a delightful experience.

Alexander Lepro, also a Navy veteran, infuses the menu with his family’s Middle Eastern and Mediterranean culinary traditions. His extensive project management and operational experience ensure that every detail of the dining experience is meticulously planned and executed.

Wesley Ross grew up immersed in the hospitality industry. With a family background in owning and operating bakeries, fast food spaces, buffets, and bars in the Deep South, Wesley brings nearly 20 years of industry experience. After transitioning to a career in information technology, he now combines his operational expertise and love for southern-inspired cooking to enhance the Cast Iron Craft House menu.
